The Facilities Department, located at the Maintenance Center, is responsible for the planning, design, construction and completion of the Measure A Modernization program. Other projects managed by Facilities include school beautification, drought tolerance landscaping and electronic marquee installation.
Facilities, M&O, and Information Systems coordinate the scope and schedule of work to be completed at school sites by consultants, contractors, and maintenance staff. This close collaboration provides effective and efficient school construction and causes the least amount of disruption to instruction.
